Dear Miss Mathyssen,
as you are the representing Member of Parliament for the London — Fanshawe district, I feel the urge to tell you that something is happening for Canadian Justice that I do not agree with.
About two weeks ago, the Alberta Human Rights Commission published in one of their rulings[1]
“the right not to be offended “trumps the freedom of speech afforded in the Charter."”
Neither do I think that _any_ legal text exists that insures a right not to be offended to any Canadian, nor do I think that it is necessary to have this repulsing law legislated or idea acted upon.
In my opinion Freedom of Speech is the foundation, the concrete slab that every other pillar of our society rests upon. We must not chip away at this foundation and undermine it with “political correct'’ laws.
Furthermore, the ruling judge Lori Andreachuk does not have the necessary experience, nor the credentials to have submitted such a unjust ruling. The Canadian Justice System is given the runaround by a bunch of incompetents.
What is your and the House of Commons’ opinion on this? Am I the only one that is upset by this or is there a similar opinion voiced in the HoC?

Shit disturbers, that is.
Their mission is laid out by the label itself: People who abhor the shit that is all around them (people, government, non-liberties).
